25bp DNA Marker
The ladder contains eleven double-stranded DNA bands that are designed for sizing and approximate quantification of wide-range molecular weight standards on agarose gels. The ladder is composed of nine purified individual DNA fragments (in base pairs): 300, 200, 175, 150, 125, 100, 75, 50, and 25. DNA quantities of each band per 5ul loading are as follow: 25 bp (85 ng), 50 bp (85 ng), 75 bp (55 ng), 100 bp (72 ng), 125 bp (20 ng), 150 bp (25 ng), 175 bp(30 ng), 200 bp (32 ng), and 300 bp (110 ng).
