λ DNA is completely digested by Hind III, yielding the following seven discrete DNA fragments (in base pairs): 23130, 9416, 6557, 4361, 2322, 2027, and 564 bp. The product is ready-to-use and premixed with 1×Loading Buffer for direct loading 3-6 μl on gel electrophoresis.
