1 kb Ladder II DNA Ladder
The ladder contains thirteen double-stranded DNA bands that are designed for sizing and approximate quantification of wide-range molecular weight standards on agarose gels. The ladder is composed of nine purified individual DNA fragments ranging from 250-10000 bp. The enhanced intensity of the 1000 bp and the 3000 bp fragments are designed to serve as reference bands.
