50 bp DNA Ladder
The ladder contains nine double-stranded DNA bands that are designed for sizing and approximate quantification of wide-range molecular weight standards on agarose gels. The product is ready-to-use and premixed with 1×Loading Buffer for direct loading 3-6 μl on gel electrophoresis. The ladder is composed of nine purified individual DNA fragments (in base pairs): 500, 400, 350, 300 (intense band for easy orientation), 250, 200, 150, 100, and 50.
